Cupcakes

Everyone on twitter is moaning about cupcakes because it's national cupcake week. (apparently - who makes up this stuff?)

My thoughts about cupcakes are:
Cupcakes are cakes. They're just cakes. They don't mean anything. It's not about the infantilisation of women. It's not about feminism or empowerment. Cupcakes are just cakes.

If you don't like them, don't eat them and GET OVER IT.

If people are pissed off with them being at all events or whatever then it's the fault of the unimaginative event planners.
